Verify eligibility, benefits, and referral requirements of the patient's insurance plans by utilizing various online programs and resources.
Communicate with insurance carriers and patients as needed regarding coverage, benefits and financials.
Handle all incoming referrals effectively and efficiently.
Accurately enter appointments into scheduling system.
Skills:
Exceptional customer service skills Strong computer skills.
Ability to deliver customer service and/or patient care in a manner that promotes goodwill, is timely, efficient, and accurate.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment within stated guidelines.
