7 Full-time 13 hours ago Full Job Description POSITION SUMMARY Provide product and application support to Tire Centers related to all product categories.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer questions and provide information to store personnel related to all products and services provided by Les Schwab.
Work with Buyers and stores to assist in the creation of sales support materials including but not limited to application guides, brochures, technical service bulletins, and product manuals.
Research technical issues and develop processes to effectively share research.
Provide SME to Store Training for developing training courses.
Provide store feedback to Buyers as part of market research.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred).
Five years of hands-on experience in a Les Schwab Tire store or equivalent.
Knowledge of the tire industry, the automotive industry, and general business fundamentals.
Proficient in all areas of service provided by Les Schwab Tire Centers.
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and ServiceNow; General automotive background.
Must understand the original equipment, aftermarket, and repair aspects of the tire and automotive industry.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize and complete work effectively with little supervision.
Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
