0 Quick Apply Full-time 1 day ago Full Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Experience Associate for a 3rd party AT&T Vendor.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales for AT&T products and services as a 3rd party vendor representative.
This role is full time and on site.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:
Greet customers and determine their needs, offering suggestions and solutions to meet their requirements.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on AT&T products and services, including promotions and pricing.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered, providing product demonstrations and recommendations to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitive activity.
Participate in training programs to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
Work as part of a team to ensure that the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements of the Customer Experience Associate:
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven retail sales and customer service experience, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to provide accurate and up-to-date information on AT&T products and services, including promotions and pricing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform basic math calculations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
