Located in the heart of Bend, Oregon INNOVA People utilizes AI technology and a deep tech stack to help growing companies grow faster and smarter when it comes to hiring Technology and Accounting and Finance talent.
We have two openings in our organization here in Bend.
We need BD talent to focus on our Accounting and Finance market, as well as a BD person to focus on our fast-growing Technology market, primarily in the start-up world.
Our philosophy here at INNOVA, is to position each team member into a place where they are operating at what they do best for most of the day, so we support you with technology that you can easily manage, creating more opportunities to get talking to decision makers.
Utilizing our BD tools, you will be provided all the leads you will need to be successful as you navigate AI driven BD sequences that provide you easy access to decision makers.
Your day will consist of following up via phone, email, and text to those that have shown interest in what we are offering, based on what they are showing they need.
We have similar tools to Salesforce or HubSpot, so experience with those is a big plus.
But we will teach you how to do everything necessary to be successful.
This role also offers the opportunity to Account Manage clients as they come on board and use that opportunity to grow our presence with that particular client.
Experience:
Please have one to two years of B2B sales experience that required you to drive revenue via the phone and or Zoom meetings.
You know how to set appointments; you know how to communicate clearly and influence decision making.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires a ton of attention to detail.
We will teach you how to manage your day but wont be looking over your shoulder.
Your daily activity that is all measured for you will tell the story as you progress in your career with us.
An understanding of accounting concepts, or software engineering is a huge plus in these roles.
Although not completely necessary, it helps in a tremendous way.
You understand what it means to have a number by your name, and you are driven to make that number happen.
Goal driven professionals that want to make great money, do very well in our industry.
Our home base is Bend, OR and we would prefer that you were here in Bend.
We will consider remote options if you bring specific industry experience to the table.
Education:
Bachelors degree in business, or related field preferred.
