East Cascade Women's group is currently hiring for Medical Office Support to help enhance our patient's experience.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent COVID 19 vaccination / exemption The Medical Office Support position is responsible for front office administrative tasks including but not limited to:
Greet and assist patients with highest level of customer service Ensure patient waiting room is clean and inviting Check patients in/out Accurately enter patient information and documentation Scan documents into eMR Verify patient insurance eligibility Knowledge of accepted insurance and authorization requirements Process patient payments and daily payment report Prepare for next day schedule Follow up on failed appointment reminders Follow up on failed patient appointments Answer and return incoming telephone and voicemail, route to correct department Reply to patient portal messages and send texts or portal messages Schedule appointments and procedures for multiple providers Open and close front office Additional duties as deemed appropriate
