The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing and networking to attract top talent, manage our LinkedIn and social media presence, and utilize our ATS (JazzHR) and HRIS (Rippling) effectively.
This is a remote position based in Oregon, but some travel will be required to events and job fairs in the Portland metro area.
Essential Job DutiesSupport the full cycle recruiting process, including but not limited to:
Identify and attract qualified candidates for therapist, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and operations positions through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, networking, social media and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, creating and posting compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability and cultural fit.
Maintain and enhance the company's social media presence to showcase the organization as an attractive employer.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Utilize JazzHR to track and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Coordinate and attend job fairs, events and networking functions to promote the organization and identify potential candidates.
Collaborate with Human Resources and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Participates in meetings and trainings as needed Qualifications At least two years of experience as a full-cycle healthcare recruiter, preferably with a focus on mental health professionals such as therapists and nurse practitioners.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably JazzHR, and HRIS systems like Rippling.
Strong networking skills and the ability to leverage social media for recruitment purposes.
Experience using various sourcing strategies to find and attract candidates.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Flexibility and willingness to travel for job fairs and events when necessary.
Knowledge of mental health industry and local talent market in the Portland metro area is a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
