Evenstad Estates owns and meticulously manages over 1,000 acres of land, including 325
acres of world-class, hillside Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards, all of which are dry-farmed and LIVE certified sustainable.
In 2015, Grace and Ken Evenstad purchased Chteau de la Cr e, a beautifully restored Chteau and state of the art winery located in Santenay, Burgundy dating back to the 15th Century.
In 2020, Grace Evenstad expanded the company's land holdings into the C te de Nuits, with the purchase of a six-hectare estate including renown Grand Cru vineyards in Bonnes Mares and Clos de Vougeot.
In addition to Chateau de la Cr e, Evenstad Estate's holdings now include the fully-renovated Domaine Evenstad campus and 16 hectares across the villages of Chambolle-Musigny, Vougeot, Nuits St.
Georges, Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay and Maranges.

This person works as part of a highly skilled and flexible elite team and is driven to inspire and educate our staff and customers while proactively managing all aspects of operations and creating memorable guest experiences.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Executes an established Performance Management program that creates accountability for rewarding top performers and identifies under performers in need of coaching, direction, and following escalation plans when necessary Manages all aspects of the restaurant, including sales plans and initiatives; customer service; inventory management and accuracy; cash reconciliation; profitability; operating expenses; staff hiring, scheduling, training, coaching and development.
Works with the culinary team to ensure food costs are in line with goals.
Supervises professional development of all staff Ensures concise sales goals and brand-consistent strategies, including forecasting and analysis; defines department strategies and goals.
Proposes and develops new initiatives and programs to further the growth of the sales.
Possesses a commanding knowledge of POS and reservation systems Ability to effectively perform opening and closing procedures as well as troubleshoot when problems arise.
Manages schedules for all Lounge employees and approves hours worked and tip allocations for bi-weekly payroll processing in timely manner.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
A proven track record of motivating and coaching sales-focused teams is required.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Three or more years' experience in management in hospitality-focused organizations is required.
Certificates, Licenses and/or Registrations:
Must have OLCC Service Permit.
