, is looking to hire a dishwasher with Monday-Friday DAY time availability as well as NIGHT time availability & weekends.
We have a professional, clean and respectful environment with room for growth throughout the kitchen.
We offer some of the highest wages in Central Oregon, starting wage is $16/hour.
Tips are averaging around $3-$5 per hour worked and is paid out in cash on Monday mornings.
We also have a SUMMER BONUS PROGRAM! We are looking for a night dishwashers for week night & weekend availability and then we are also looking for a dishwasher with weekday availability.
SUMMER BONUS PROGRAM DETAILS! There are two tiers to our summer bonus program for the kitchen that are based off of how much food we sell each day.
If we hit the first tier of the bonus program, everyone in the kitchen who worked that day gets an added hour on to their paycheck.
If we hit the second tier of the bonus program everyone in the kitchen who worked that day gets 2 hours added to their paycheck.
Dishwashers average at least $24 per hour in the summer at BBC.
