Team Kia of Bend is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting department.
Duties include:
financial processing of transactions for our organization, bookkeeping and record keeping, financial reporting and the preparation of tax records for financial audits.

o Posts all open items in accounts payable o Prints all accounts payable reports o Reconciles statement and the ledger making sure that payments are consistent with schedules o Prepares accounts payable checks o Answers vendor inquiries o Cancel extended warranties (training provided) o Assists with related special projects as required o Maintains a professional appearance Recommended Skills Accounts Payable Receivables Accounting Clerical Works Accounts Receivable Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
