We have a variety of full time and part-time hours to fill within Bend and the surrounding communities.
We do our best to work with your schedule.

This philosphy comes from our founder, Peter Stack.
Prior to opening his first office in the Portland, Oregon area, He worked as a caregiver for the State of Oregon.
Peter has worn the shoes and worked the front lines.
He knows the challenges caregivers face on a day to day basis.
We were the first agency to bust out of the lower paying model for Caregivers leaving other agencies having to catch up.
Because we are not a Franchise, we can take those fees we don't need to pay and invest them towards a higher wage for our Caregivers.
This has proven to be a very successful model which has allowed us to have offices in every major city in Oregon with new offices now starting in Washington State.
Our pay structure is up front with no gimmicks:
0 - 1 years of
Experience:
$18.
50 1 - 3 years:
$19.
50 3 - 5 years:
$20.
50-$21.
50 As part of our ongoing drive to attract professional and compedant Caregivers, we offer a generous referral program to all our employees.
When our Caregivers are happy with their work environment, they want to tell others about it! If you have at least one year as a caregiver (working for a family member can count), are able to pass a drug screen, have dependable transportation and a heart for those in need, send us your resume today and we will set up an immediate interview.
