The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, managing reservations, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The Front Desk Agent will be the face of our organization and must be able to handle any situation with professionalism and poise.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
