Responsibilities for Back of the House / Cooks:
Review prep chart for daily requirements; cook, cut meats and vegetables for cooking Prepare all food products utilizing established standards for food handling safety, storage and personal hygiene.
Follow established recipes to prepare customer's orders to specification to include cooking meats, vegetables, rice and sauces/marinades.
Maintain a sufficient inventory of prepped ingredients to fill customer demands.
Be able to multi-task and/or manage several orders simultaneously.
Clean equipment and work area at the end of shift.
Wash Dishes Pay:
From $18.
00 to $21.
00 per hour w/tips REQUIREMENTS Preferred:
Candidate with cooking experience but not required.
Facilitate teamwork and a helpful approach to getting all tasks and assignments handled in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Work well - or best! - under pressure.
Have the ability to follow recipe instructions; complete cleaning, sanitizing and other tasks from established checklists; have a thorough understanding of the menu items; and display a willingness to cross-train in other positions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
