Summary:
Assists Manager with all business functions, which includes store Operations, and employees.
Responsible for enhancing customer experience, meeting sales goals, and managing staff effectively.
Technical Skills/ Training/:
Minimum of 1-year management experience in the retail industry Analyzing the business and trends; strong business acumen Ability to recruit, hire and train Food experience helpful, but a love of food is a MUST Engaging retail floor personality Customer management skills Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Merchandising skills Strong organizational skills Cash register knowledge necessary Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Responsibilities:
Assists Store Manager in running of the store.
Assists in hiring needs, including recruiting to fill open positions quickly.
Helps Store Manager develop business strategies to expand store traffic, customer base, and grow profitability.
Propose innovative ideas to increase store sales.
