Modern office setting Food provided We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Dispatch Department.
The successful candidate will have experience in working with computers and our software programs.
You will be responsible for being aware of activities in the area, protecting our staff members from potential threats and ensuring the safety of clients.
Security Dispatchers are critical members of our team.
We are responsible for maintaining records, monitoring staff, equipment location, and handling communications with various areas.
We must be excellent in communication, decision making, listening, ability to multitask, speech clarity, accuracy, time management, and computer operation.
These skills are essential for dispatchers to accomplish their tasks.
We are also involved in the administration of activities to the Security Officers to ensure proper delegation of their security duties while on a site.
The major assignment for us to carry out in this job is communication, which may also include decoding and responding to information.
We are also required to schedule security crews to sites as needed by our clients.
Our Security dispatchers are also responsible for location tracking on our vehicles, company equipment inventory, as well as other software tools used to ensure the smooth and punctual completion of respective tasks assigned.
Responsibilities:
Receiving calls and prioritizing what are emergency calls versus non emergency calls.
Speak clear and direct with instructions over the radio.
Monitor and document daily operational activities with staff.
Maintaining call records, incidents, and equipment.
Respond to customer service issues or questions including quality of officers, customer satisfaction, or customer complaints.
We have discovered we need good judgment, patience, observation, communication, computer fluency, multitasking, directional, and prioritizing skills, compassion /empathy with being able to control emotions, teamwork, organization, and being able to adapt in stressful situations.
