SROA's Public Works department is the key to keeping the area in tip-top shape and works hard to maintain Sunriver as a premier community year-round.
Our crews maintain 66 miles of roadway and 34 miles of pathways, keep our parks pristine and facilities flawless, assist with ladder fuels reduction to keep the community safe in the summer, and ensure road safety in the winter by de-icing, cindering, and plowing.
Our Operations Supervisor oversees the roads/paths and parks crews in these endeavors.
The position includes plenty of variety such as planning, managing, and supervising projects and staff, vendor relations, equipment operation, and working side-by-side with the rest of our amazing team.

What You'll Need to Succeed Serious applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field including equipment operation and maintenance, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership.
