The position primarily incorporates client outreach, scheduling, and building on business partner relations.
Requires an employee to be very flexible, detailed orientated, outgoing, communicative with excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to work independently & collaboratively.
Must be a self-starter with a high desire to set and achieve goals.
This position is a remote position hiring within the Deschutes County area.
The candidate must reside in the Deschutes County area.
The training will be a 2-week period at our administrative office located in McMinnville.
Per diem will be included in this training period.
Position's Functions and
Responsibilities:
Makes independent judgement of intake for new prospective clients.
Independently schedule and attend prospective client meetings.
Maintain a proper amount of new client paperwork.
Request and process all new client Service Agreements and other relevant client data received from County and independent brokerage Case Managers.
Create new client digital folders upon receiving completed new prospective client signed documents from Case Managers.
Coordinate Meet and Greet for new client and DSP upon matching with preferences and availability.
Maintain excellent clients and DSPs relations on behave of Essential Services LLC.
Having enthusiasm and commitment to their clients and the community at large.
Propose changes within Essential Services LLC that would improve the quality of service to clients, families, and the community at large.
Develop and maintain respectful, cooperative working relationships that contribute to the integrated seamless delivery of services, families, community, and Essential Services LLC administrative team.
Understanding their role and responsibility in maintaining a safe workplace and reducing all workplace injuries.
Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and safekeeping of agency records.
Acting in accordance with relevant legislation and Essential Services LLC's policies, standards, and procedures.
Experience and Education Requirements:
Being at least 21 years of age.
Successfully completed a DHS criminal history check.
Being legally eligible to work in the United States.
Demonstrating by background, education, references, skills, and abilities that he or she is capable of safely and adequately performing all tasks assigned.
Ability and sufficient education to follow oral and written instructions and keep any records required.
Ability to communicate with clients, other staff, client's family members and brokerage personnel.
Responsibility, maturity, and reputable character exercising sound judgment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively solve problems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Able to communicate with clients and employees through SMS, email, phone calls, and in person.
Understanding of computers and software programs such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Fill & Sign, Adobe PDF Programs, Internet Explorer, Windows, phone-based applications, and E-mail correspondence.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently, exercise good judgment, and prioritize daily tasks.
Ability to work as a member of a team and work within the policies and procedures and the vision, mission and core values established by Essential Services LLC.
Not being the spouse of any client that the employee works directly with.
Having no substantiated abuse or neglect findings against them by DHS, CDDP or other appropriate authority.
Not being on the current Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services list of excluded or debarred providers.
Holding a valid driver's license and appropriate levels of auto insurance if driving is a part of job duties.
Work Environment:
Home office (work from home) Travel as required to conduct client meetings.
