1 Bend, OR Bend, OR $25 - $28 an hour $25 - $28 an hour Purpose The Sales & Marketing Coordinator executes sales and marketing strategies and ensures that Pahlisch Homes brand image is consistently represented in all non-electronic communications.
Essential functions Work directly with the Sales and Marketing Team in planning and managing promotional events, sales events, home shows, and model homes.
Assist leadership with managing the marketing budget and evaluating the successful implementation of marketing funds Ensure the accuracy of the website content associated with the region Work with Sales and Marketing Team on the development of marketing materials and the distribution to the sales team and/or project supervisors Support leadership in all aspects of their work which includes but is not limited to the creation of reports, preparing material for meetings and scheduling of meetings and events Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience in Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat and Smartsheet preferred Excellent interpersonal, writing and communications skills Excellent attention to detail A strong appreciation of the importance of completing tasks on deadline Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion A positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment Ability to work in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
