We are seeking a process-oriented and highly detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our in-house Marketing department.
This is a part-time, administrative function role only and not a marketing growth role.
The schedule is Monday-Friday and consistent in-office (not remote) attendance is vital to support both the team and the workload.
Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours if/when needed is essential.
DO YOU HAVE Strong Excel skills and comfort navigating large Excel sheets WordPress experience PowerPoint experience Tech savviness (i.
e.
email, website portals, project management tool) Excellent proofreading ability and command of the English language Extreme comfort with numbers Obsessive attention to detail and process Reliable and consistent working style Comfort with repetitive multi-step tasks Self-driven personality with a sense of urgency An analytical mind with the ability to remain highly focused for long periods Physical ability to spend large amounts of time in front of a computer screen Sense of humor a plus THE DAY-TO-DAY Facilitate administrative processes related to trade show logistics:
Ability to manage multiple steps, while staying conscientious of deadlines and due dates Comfortably interfacing/using online portals to upload/download content, email, and document management Managing all the details of booth registration, attendee information, key dates, travel dates, on-site service contract, etc.
Processing invoices (i.
e.
logging, coding, scanning, and submitting purchase orders and processing monthly invoices, etc.
) Updating budget spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail Accurately proofreading creative and articles for grammar, spelling, and text inconsistencies Assisting with corporate admin projects as needed Entering jobs/tasks into project management tool as requested Ensuring electronic documents are properly named and filed Additional tasks TBD as time allows REQUIRED:
