You will be leading the engagement strategy of all members, leading to increased club visits and continued enjoyment of their recreational home.
You build relationships with members, bringing value to each interaction and creating a safe place for members to share their club experiences.

Have a welcoming, friendly, and outgoing personality High energy, strong work ethic, honesty, integrity, diplomacy, imagination, creativity, and a sense of humor Possess the ability to develop and implement strategic plans and goals Have excellent administrative and management skills and exhibit skill in interpersonal communication, public speaking and problem solving Ability to value all member interactions Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities Be the ultimate team player Able to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights Experience in some or all of the following are desirable:
Sales, preferably in a membership-based organization Event planning and coordination Social media management Content creation and strategies Knowledge of and experience with different advertising platforms Customer relationship management software SEO principles and best practices Copywriting Compensation to include base salary and incentives.
