Assist with hosting and teaching Caregiver orientations, tracking ongoing training Caregiver management, ensuring compliance with set HR policies, on/offboarding Manage, coach, and provide ongoing support to staff, encouraging strong retention Strong relationship management, and professional development skills A desire for a dynamic job that serves both out in the community, as well as in office Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills Proficiency with technology and electronic devices Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism Central Oregon Service Area - including Bend, Redmond, LaPine, Prineville, Sisters, Madras, Culver, Warm Springs When working in a role with Caring for Family of Companies, you're responsible for upholding and supporting our mission. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
