This position is in the manager's office of a large mobile home park in Bend, Oregon.
This role primarily consists of working directly with the property manager and assisting with all office duties.
Including, but not limited to, - Accepting rent - Writing receipts for payments - Drafting notices/letters - Scanning documents - Filing - both electronic and hard copies - Organizing file systems - Emailing - Speaking with tenants in person and on the phone This role is in person at our office in Bend and offers a flexible schedule to suit your needs.
The position is part time- typically 10-20 hours a week, however, this can be somewhat flexible for the right candidate.
Our office hours are 10 AM to 4 PM and we would like the office assistant to come within those hours, with possible hours directly before or directly after our hours.
Some remote work is a possibility after a trial period.
Desirable experience and traits:
- Experience in an office setting - Eagerness to help where needed - self starter - Strong computer skills - knowledge of Dropbox and Word - Able to communicate clearly with kindness and respect for others - Strong writing skills - Strong sense of integrity - Organized and experience organizing systems - Thorough - attention to detail - Able to carefully follow processes and procedures - Diligent and punctual If you're interested in property management, office management, or real estate this could be a great fit for you.
