5K a year Overview We are seeking a highly organized and experienced LPN and Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility as well as assist physicians during in office procedures.
The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the clinic, including financial management, office management, and medical administrative support.
As an LPN, responsibilities will include, prepping room for procedure, assist during and monitor patient during recovery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills as well as be a licensed LPN.
Duties - Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - Oversee staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage at all times - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations - Monitor and manage clinic budgets, including revenue generation and expense control - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery - Coordinate with insurance providers and managed care organizations to ensure proper billing and reimbursement - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information - Resolve patient complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinic management - Prep, assist and monitor patients during in office procedures Skills - Strong knowledge of acute care systems and processes - Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and revenue generation - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of medical office management software systems - Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in managed care or insurance billing is preferred If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for healthcare management, we encourage you to apply for the position of LPN and Clinic Manager.
