As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and strong computer literacy.
Duties - Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk - Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records - Assist with insurance verification and billing processes - Ensure a clean and organized reception area Requirements - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in word, open office Suite - Previous experience as a receptionist is highly preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail - Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic cosmetic surgery office, we would love to hear from you.
