Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
o Prepare complex invoices based in work orders for customers in a timely manner.
Customer Service:
o Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
o Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
o Provide exceptional service to clients and maintain positive relationships.
Front Desk Operations:
o Greet visitors and clients as they arrive at the office in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Administrative Support:
o Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
o Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all accounting processes.
o Contribute to the overall success of the accounting department by completing tasks accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
o Previous experience in accounting or related field preferred.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
o Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
o Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
