RESPONSIBILITIES Cheerfully welcome and check-in clients to our gym Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Drive membership sales and retention through effective marketing strategies Manage and lead a team of front desk staff and coaches Monitor facility cleanliness and maintenance QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in team management within a fitness environment Proficiency in retail math and stock management Strong training development skills to enhance staff performance Proven sales skills to drive membership growth Excellent phone etiquette for member communication A passion for kids, families, yoga, fitness, health and wellness!
