Here is what you'd get to do in this role:
Be the face of the company to residents, potential lessees, and community partners.
Manage resident relations, including planning community events.
Includes responding to resident complaints and managing eviction and collections process.
Lease property to prospective residents.
Manage all move-in and move-out activities.
Oversee annual budget for the property.
Demonstrate your awesome customer service and problem- solving skills.
Maintain a high volume of paperwork and office tasks.
The ideal candidate has:
1 year or more of Property Management experience is preferred, especially with affordable housing program experience.
High school diploma/GED required.
Excellent attention to detail and compliance when it comes to paperwork.
Our industry is heavily regulated and you are up for meeting those challenges! Top notch office, computer and organizational skills.
Well-rounded skillset when it comes to working with people, building relationships, having difficult conversations, marketing the property, and handling a myriad of problems and situations.
The confidence to solve problems independently and with good judgment.
Accountability and scrappiness.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work on-call hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed.
