We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Regional Manager.
The Assistant Regional Manager will be expected to work closely with the Regional Manager to maintain and develop a successful team, in addition to ensuring our homeowners and guests expectations are exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have experience in organizing tasks, controlling expenses, and PNL accountability.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing cleaning team and third party vendor relationships Overseeing upkeep and maintenance for houses Ensure homes are prepared for guest arrival Report any damages, missing items, etc.
after guest departure Scheduling basic repairs to interior and exterior of the homes Create and close work orders and communicate the completion and progress of assigned work orders Record billable items and hours to be billed to guests and/or owners for work orders Schedule maintenance vendors as needed Work closely with the VP of Operations to implement and maintain procedures relevant to the area to increase profitability, performance, and efficiencies Various projects as assigned, including the expansion of other core business operations Assist all staff with operations Qualifications - Experience & Skills Experience of past rental property in the field work to solve issues a major plus! Self-starter- you know how to get things done Valid driver's license with clean driving record and enjoys driving daily Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform strenuous physical labor e.

(furniture, cleaning supplies, tools, etc) Prior experience in Management, Customer Service, and/or Sales Experience recruiting and onboarding new team members Management Experience Strong oral and written communication skills Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a Plus Exceptional organizational skills Analytics, goal-setting, and metrics don't intimidate you Attention to detail Strong leader- you understand people and you ensure that you frame your decision making based on how it would impact guests, team members, and your market Adaptable mindset, we are a growing so adapting to the needs of the business excites you! Basic knowledge of audio/visual, electrical, plumbing, mechanics, home repair, and general maintenance a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office Job Type:
