You must know your way around all these high-end appliances.
All the finite details and adjustments.
Custom panel installation.
Ability to confidently lead a crew with positive mentorship and able to teach the up-and-coming Installers.
Positive outlook on life! Ability to problem solve when it just doesn't work! Able to drive a box van around town without bumping, scraping, or tearing tree limbs down! Communication! This is one of the most important attributes of this position.
Communication with the team! Time management and ability to communicate to the office your daily schedule.
Ability to install built in fridges, freezers, columns, 60 ranges, custom hoods, and whole house packages!
