position
Summary: a lead consultant is required to diligently execute the sales program and and is a member of the stores leadership team. the position emphasizes skills in the areas of leadership, teamwork, customer service and sales in a fast pace retail environment. the sales consultants are often the first impression that customers have of simply mac; as a result, it is paramount that the lead consultant be an example to team members at all times by executing the sales process and act on the principles taught by simply mac-s shared values. the lead consultant position is a critical role in the company, and requires a well-rounded and determined individual that will take part in the growth of the company.
Duties: team building:
- mentor employees in leadership and sales skills through the company-s sales programs.
- lead team members to effectively fulfill simply mac-s shared values through personal one-on-ones.
- be an example of the the company-s shared values.
- assist store manager in preparing weekly team meetings which address leadership, sales, and operational training.
sales goals:
- be a positive example to team members of the the sale process, including being above standard on personal sales.
- ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
operations:
- monitor inventory and shrinkage.
- be an example of completing routines.
Qualifications: essential skills and
Experience:
- apple & mac experience preferred.
- minimum of 1 year retail sales experience.
- aptitude to learn new products and services in a timely manner.
- proficient in all microsoft applications.
- high school diploma.
