The Creative Services Producer''s primary responsibility is to ensure customer loyalty by creating eye catching advertising commercials that exceed client expectations.
Position establishes production schedules, conducts research, and develops with advertising clients to ensure that their input is incorporated into the commercials that are produced.Also, is responsible for the creation of Zolo Media promotions, and Bend Broadband sponsorship spots.
This is an exciting career field requiring passion, creativity, dependability, and pride in work.
Write, direct, shoot, and edit commercials for Zolo Media; create eye-catching spots in a fast paced environment.
Provide creative ideas and concepts to clients and sales staff; think outside of the box and generate new ideas to meet internal and external client's needs.
Create commercial scripts based on submitted production order forms and Client Questionnaires.
Keep technical and creative skills up to date; continuously apply new knowledge
Arrange for voice and on screen talent.
Edit the commercial together with graphics, voice and music.
Copy the finished commercial to e-mail or USB for sales staff to obtain approval from client.
Tag network promos.
Utilize knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to create various graphics for broadcast and print applications.
Provide support to the COTV Operations Manager with special production projects as well as production assistance.
Assist in the set up and break down of various productions.
Competently use a Mac with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related office software
Complete all required paper work and reports in an accurate and timely manner
Identify and work to prevent, to the extent possible, problems and roadblocks.
Collaborate and communicate with other departments and team members to ensure client loyalty.
Show initiative to improve processes and products.
Demonstrate high ethical standards, strong work ethic with an emphasis on team commitment, shows respect for others, acknowledges and builds on others ideas, and supports group decisions.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Minimum 4 years' experience in video production (Writing, shooting, editing, & graphic design).
Demonstrated creative ability at a high level.

Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
Successful criminal background check is required.
