IBEX Global is recruiting outbound customer service position, for our upcoming training class.

Responsibilities:
Our outbound customer service representatives perform the following tasks:
o Living the IBEX Global Core Values
o Platinum Rule: Treat others how they want to be treated.
o Respect: Treating all coworkers and customers kindly and fairly.
o Integrity: A person of your word, highly trusted.
o Excellence: Taking pride in your work, and doing the best you can!
o Transparency: Always being honest and upfront, using an open door policy.
o Our Outbound Customer Survey Agents work in a call center environment.
o Agents make contact with automotive customers.
o They ask a series of scripted questions to gather information about the purchase or lease of a new vehicle.
o Adherence to the script is critical, so Agents must have strong reading skills.
o Agents must also have customer service experience.
o Qualified candidates must feel comfortable speaking with customers on the phone. Agents must also be prepared to speak with dissatisfied and angry customers.
Requirements
Requirements of the position include:
o High school diploma or the equivalent
o Basic computer, math and computational skills
o Typing proficiency of at least 25 words per minute
o At least 6 months' experience in retail or phone sales strongly preferred
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Company background check are required
