Inbound Customer Service and Sales Representative



Compensation: $10.50/Hr plus up to $1,000 per month performance bonus.

Successful candidates will be expected to perform the following tasks:
o Manage inbound/outbound calls in a fast paces work environment
o Respond to internet inquiries with timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism
o Build consumer relationships with a friendly, personable and compassionate approach
o Demonstrate sales ability to generate dental referral leads and drive company revenue
o Ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and find solutions
o Driven to meet/exceed monthly performance goals
These positions are full time requiring scheduling flexibility but the opportunity to take several days off at a time towards the end of each month. IBEX Global is seeking candidates who are able to work any shift during the program hours. Candidates must successfully complete a 1 week, paid training course, prior to taking calls.
Requirements:
Applications will be reviewed to determine that candidates meet the following minimum
Qualifications:
o Must be 18 years of age, or older
o A High School Diploma or GED is required, college degree a plus
o Previous sales experience preferred
o Exceptional listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Attributes:
o Ability to conduct oneself in a manner that promotes a professional atmosphere, and ensures that each encounter is an above average experience
o Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills a must
o Customer service orientation and a can-do attitude a must
o Typing speed of 30 WPM
o Spanish Bilingual a plus (additional $0.75 per hour compensation)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
