The work is primarily sedentary; with occasional periods with standing. Major Duties:
Ensures comprehensive project plans are developed in a timely manner and coordinated with appropriate competency manger. Uses project management software to set up project timelines and resources, track the progress of project work and monitor staff performance. Manages projects based on the approved plans to ensure the successful implementation of software solution. Participates in the evaluation and assessment of project data and the analysis of processes associated with the deployment of government developed software and/or COTS software applications Supports change and configuration management to ensure successful IT deployment. Experience developing and implementing software development lifecycle for large financial agency. Specialized Experience GS-13 grade level:
One year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the federal service); experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) and other characteristics to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Experience planning, monitoring, testing and supporting a series of complex enterprise-wide IT Systems related projects; planning, managing and controlling projects throughout their lifecycle; and leading and managing a project team to successful achievement of project goals For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
