If you would like to return an item, please email us and request an RMA number. Be sure to include your eBay username and associated email address in your email to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, package and return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, credit or merchandise exchange. All returned items MUST be in the brand new condition. If items have been worn or used, this will void the returnability of that particular item. ROD & REEL RETURNS It happens. You order a rod. It arrives. You're excited. You go out on the lawn to cast it... but it's not exactly what you wanted. No problem. As long as the rod has only been cast on the lawn, you're welcome to ship the rod back to us and we will find you the right stick. We are not able to accept returned rods that have dirty corks or have been fished. We carry the same policy for a reel. If you have us spool your reel with line and/or backing and you want to return the reel, you will be charged for the full retail price of the fly line as well as a charge for the backing and rigging of the reel which will be a minimum charge of $25 plus the additional cost of the backing. WADERS & BOOTS When your waders or boots arrive, try them on inside. Make sure they fit and are comfortable before wearing them outside.
